Before the end of the second school term, our school organised a 2 in 1 event which was walkathon for teachers and pupils and prize presentation for the National Day Celebration last February. The journey was from our school to the first check point of Bukit Kukop, which was 4 kilometres and we took 1 hour and 30 minutes to finish the journey. Pupils from Year 2 to Year 6 took part in the 4 kilometres walk whereas pupils from Preschool and Year 1 walked about 1 and a half kilometres only which took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete.

Before the walkathon begins, teachers and pupils do some warming up led by Cikgu Sameon. The walkathon starts at about 7.45 a.m.

Upon reaching the first check point at Bukit Kukop, pupils and teachers rest for a while before continued the journey back to the school.

Farewell Gathering for Cikgu Haslinawati Bte Gumpol

Our school held a farewell gathering for Cikgu Haslinawati Bte Gumpol. She had moved to her new job at the Youth and Culture Department (JAPEM)

All the teachers would like to wish Cikgu Haslinawati all the best with her new job :)

 

End of Drama Workshop

On the 10th of June, was the end of the Drama workshop which takes place at SR Rimba 1

Medical Check up

On the 10th of June, the pupils was doing medical check up to check their height, weight, hearing and eyesight as well as injection for MMR

Educational Visit to the Turtle Incubation Centre at Jalan Pantai Serasa

On the 25th of April, 2 pupils from our school joined SR Keriam for an educational visit especially for IEP/HSN pupils to the turtle incubation centre at Jalan Pantai Serasa, Muara

Yunazryn (Year 4) and Effindey (Year 6)

The pupils was accompanied by Cikgu Rosnitah and Cikgu Noriah

Dialog Pendidikan Pencegahan Rasuah Peringkat Daerah Tutong

A dialog session was held at SR Keriam on 8th June, 2009 about Corruption Prevention Education especially to Parents Teachers Association (PTA)

It begins with a welcoming speech given by the Chairman of the dialog session

The Chairman talked about the Corruption Prevention Education to the invited parents and also to schools in Brunei


These were some of the invited parents and teachers present at the dialog session

We hope this dialog session is useful to parents and teachers :)

 

Taklimat Hakim-Hakim Kejohanan Olahraga Sekolah-Sekolah Rendah Kawasan Tutong II

On the 6th of June, a talk was held at Sports Complex, Tutong to all the appointed judges for the upcoming Sport event in July

Cikgu Alian Lim explained to all the appointed judges about how to judge rightly for the Sport event


The appointed judges was discussing among themselves


The appointed judges read through the booklet given


Not only the talk was held in the meeting room, all the appointed judges as well given the chance to look through the places where each of the sport event will be held
